Since 2019, Christopher Frank is heading the Business Development Organization for Africa and Asia of thyssenkrupp Uhde, the chemical plants business of Thyssenkrupp. Being a Chemical Engineer with a Master Degree from Stuttgart University, he started his career more than 30 years back at Uhde in Dortmund, Germany, as an Ammonia process engineer. After various engineerings and plant commissionings he changed to sales where he held various management positions including Head of Sales Ammonia technology, Head of Sales Hydrogen & Nitrates and Head of Sales Methanol technology with all functions in a global responsibility. His regional focus was predominantly northern African Countries, the Middle East and South Africa as well as South East Asia.
