We are pleased to share exciting updates from the second day of the H2 MEET Exhibition. Hydrogen Egypt (H²Egypt) signed several (MoUs) with prominent Korean and Chinese companies expressing strong interest in investing in Egypt.
These agreements represent tangible steps toward collaboration in the green hydrogen sector, leveraging Egypt’s strategic advantages, including its geographic location, natural resources, and growing renewable energy infrastructure.
What These Partnerships Mean Through these MoUs, we aim to:
Strengthen Egypt’s role as a key player in the global hydrogen supply chain.
Facilitate investments in green hydrogen production and related industries.
Encourage technology sharing to accelerate local capacity building.
A special thanks to KOTRA for their support in facilitating these discussions and to H2 MEET for organizing this event. We’re also grateful for the opportunity to share our insights through the online interview, highlighting Egypt’s readiness to attract significant investments in clean energy.
With initiatives like these, Egypt is well-positioned to advance its energy transition goals and create lasting economic and environmental benefits.
